We had many issues with the key cards – one time they would work and the next time we would have to try it several times before we could open the door. The view was not of the lake or the hills but a huge generator whee. Room seemed clean and had space enough for the three of us. The hotel check-in was quite friendly – she offered us a 3rd floor room far from the elevator or a 1st floor room near the lobby. By that time, I was in the hotel check-in line and there was a woman holding open the door and they didn’t see the man. They told me that the man holding open the front entrance door would not let them in saying they had to wait for me (WHAT!). It was around 6:00pm, breezy and chilly outside and they had wanted to go inside. When I approached Mom and hubby, they seemed upset. Parking lot was ¾ full so it was a bit of a walk. I dropped them with our luggage at the front door and parked the truck. Mom (84), hubby and I arrived Saturday, April 10, for two nights after a five-hour drive.
